Just wanted to let you know how much we all enjoyed our visit to you on Monday and I can't believe how lucky we were with the weather! Please give our thanks to all concerned, especially the young man who took us to meet the reindeer - he was really good with the children and they all enjoyed being able to stroke the animals.

At the end of the visit we asked the children what they had enjoyed most - a lot of them said "Everything" which I think sums it up!

I didn’t get a chance to e-mail to say thank you and also to say what a wonderful job the handlers (and of course the reindeer!) did at Mermaid Quay just before Xmas.

The reindeers really created a special atmosphere down there and the handlers were brilliant with the crowds.

Firstly I would just like to say a huge thank you to your 2 lovely ladies who came to our incredibly well attended event on Saturday which saw over 4500 people coming through our doors. Your reindeer were such a great attraction and as far as i am aware they stayed an extra hour as they were in so much demand. Now that’s what I call a good service.
